|
Charlie
has 24 years of litigation experience with
Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan LLC and
its predecessor firms, including five years
with Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan's
former Manhattan office. Charlie has represented
clients before state and federal trial and apellate courts, probate courts and administrative bodies in a broad range of matters including business and complex commercial litigation,
trusts and estate litigation, product liability defense and commercial
lending litigation. Charlie's trusts and estate litigation experience includes representing trustees (both corporate and individual) and beneficiaries in contested accountings (including prudent investor act claims), removal proceedings, conservatorships, will contests, trust reformation proceedings, and probate appeals.
Charlie has been selected as a Connecticut
Super Lawyer for 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Charlie has long been involved in pro bono work and has been included on the Connecticut Bar Association's annual Pro Bono Honor Roll numerous times. In 2008 Charlie received the Robert G. Krause Probate Pro Bono Award from the Greenwich Probate Court
